HCMC - Food and beverage outlets at the five-star Pullman Saigon Centre hotel are running numerous promotions this January.

Mad Cow Wine & Grill Restaurant on the hotel’s 30th floor is offering a buy one, get one free program for drinks from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. everyday.

Guests can also enjoy the Butcher’s Cut Jamaican Madness, which includes juicy short rib beef and Jamaican jerk sausages perfectly matched with Basmati rice, coleslaw and pineapple sauce. The set is priced at VND880,000 net.

Located on the Pullman Saigon Centre’s 31st floor, the Rooftop Bar offers the best night view of HCMC as well as exceptional drinks and delicious tapas (Spanish appetizer) throughout the evening.

The bar’s Mad Carnival cocktail brings the most vibrant festival on Malibu beach to the city with coconut taste and sour sweet flavors from orange and apple. It is priced at VND160,000 net per glass.

Urbane Lounge on the ground floor has launched the new detox burger that helps refresh the body with healthy ingredients such as salmon, beetroot confit, avocado and fennel.

A detox burger paired with one side of French fries and one glass of Sauvignon Blanc costs VND365,000 net.

Urbane Lounge is also offering raspberry milkshake this January, which is made from raspberry puree, ice-cream and marshmallow. The drink is priced at VND140,000 net per glass.

Inspired from the art of Asian cuisine, Food ConneXion Restaurant on the third floor is a place where traditional culture meets a modern tempo. The restaurant’s dinner buffet introduces tastes and flavors from around this exotic continent, costing VND980,000 net per adult and half the price for children aged between six and 11. The buffet is served from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. from Monday to Thursday.

Meanwhile, the Extravagant Seafood buffet is served from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. every Friday to Sunday, costing from VND1,300,000 net per adult and VND650,000 net per child from six to 11 years old.

Food ConneXion’s Sunday Funday Brunch is suitable for families with a variety of juices, salads, live cooking stations, sashimi counter, a wide selection of seafood, and delicious desserts.

The brunch is served from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. every Sunday, costing from VND1,300,000 net per adult and VND650,000 net per child from six to 11 years old.
