‘NAMO offers Michelin Star experience with Chef Fabrizio Aceti

HCMC – Michelin Star Chef Fabrizio Aceti is bringing to the tables of sophisticated diners in HCMC a gastronomic experience bursting with innovation at ‘NAMO Italian Restaurant.

Last summer, Chef Fabrizio stole the hearts of ‘NAMO’s guests with his masterful and inventive cooking techniques. 

Returning to HCMC this time, Chef Fabrizio and ‘NAMO Italian Restaurant will be taking diners on a fascinating journey to the seductively beautiful island of Sicily, Italy from now until May 19.

Besides the breathtaking, sun-drenched beaches and shimmering water, the island prides itself for having the most diverse nature-grown lemons, pistachios and herbs, contributing to some of the best dishes in Europe.

This year’s set menus highlight a variety of distinctive Sicilian dishes such as grilled Foie Gras with Sicilian caponata and truffle sauce, roasted beef tenderloin, marinated salmon carpaccio, fresh seafood, iced tiramisu, and Torta Mimosa, the cake which Italians eat to celebrate Women’s Day.

Chef Fabrizio will be hosting a cooking class on Mother’s Day weekend (May 11 and 12) and May 18, unveiling the secret recipe of Michelin kitchens’ impeccable handmade gnocchi, the soft, small and chewy dumpling-like Italian pasta. The price is VND890,000++ per person, followed by lunch and one glass of paired wine.

Fabrizio Aceti is an Italian-born chef who has traveled to many countries to explore the diverse and abundant cuisines. For the past 25 years, he has worked with luxury hotels and Michelin chefs around the world.
