HCMC – WinWay, a tour operator, signed a memorandum of understanding with RMIT University Vietnam on October 1 to train high-quality human resources and offer internships to local and international students.

Under the cooperation, WinWay will provide various internship opportunities, introduce a number of programs on business operations and offer high-quality travel and visa services to RMIT students. In return, RMIT will create favorable conditions for students to meet the WinWay staff.

Many students at RMIT have been participating in internship programs at WinWay, which has enormous experience in organizing international internship programs and other big events attended by thousands of people and a host of government agencies including the Vietnam-U.S. Friendship Association and the Italian Trade Commission.

Nguyen Khanh Linh, chief executive officer of WinWay, said the cooperation between WinWay and RMIT is expected to contribute to diversifying the relationships between schools and universities and enterprises.

Students and graduates will have the opportunity to showcase their foreign language skills and knowledge as official employees during their internships at WinWay, she said, adding that through the cooperation, WinWay could supplement the firm’s human resources with a young, confident and high-skilled team.
