According to Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, chairman of Bo Trach District, the victim is Nguyen Van Son, 47. The three others who are still missing comprise Nguyen Van Hanh, 53; Nguyen Van Sang, 33, and Tran Van Ly, 60. All of them are from Bong Lai 2 Village.
