Three locals indicted for arranging illegal entry of Chinese citizens

HCMC – Three Vietnamese men—Tran Chi Hao, Nguyen Quang Thang and Nguyen Thanh Trung—have been indicted for making arrangements for Chinese citizens to stay illegally in HCMC after the second coronavirus wave struck Danang a few months ago.
