HCMC – A truck traveling on the Ho Chi Minh Road in the central province of Quang Nam ploughed into a slope and overturned today, January 12, leaving three people dead.
The fatal accident occurred at 7:15 a.m. when the driver, Le Dinh Quan, aged 31, lost control of the vehicle heading from Kon Tum Province to Danang City, said the police of Phuoc Son District in the province.
Among the deceased were Quan, Nguyen Van Hoang, aged 34, and Le Trong Tuan, aged 40. They resided in Daklak and Thanh Hoa provinces, the local media reported.
It took the police two hours to remove the victims’ bodies trapped in the truck’s cabin.
