HCMC – The northern province of Quang Ninh will introduce 38 tourism products this year to attract tourists and diversify its tourism offerings.
Halong City comes in first with eight products, including those tested in previous years, such as the “Night City Cruise”, sports tourism, and music performance in Halong Bay.
The city has also reopened Bai Tho Mount to offer visitors a climbing experience, allowing them to discover culture and history and get a panoramic view of Halong Bay and the city.
Van Don District comes next with six new products, taking advantage of the forest and sea to provide tourists with unique activities such as kayaking, rafting, scuba diving, caving and overnights on board.
Mong Cai City followed, with five new products to introduce its special cuisine, farms, Love Valley scenery and Po Hen highland market.
Recreational, resort, ecotourism products and tourism products to experience the local historical, cultural and spiritual locations in the districts have also been put into operation.
There are also experiential marine and community tourism products launched to provide visitors with experiences such as fishing, boating, snail catching, etc. and cultural tourism to introduce the unique culture of the Tay people.
The mountainous and border district of Binh Lieu has introduced ecotourism products with so-called cloud hunting and camping activities on Cao Ly Mountain.
Night streets, walking streets and tourism products to experience fruit orchards have also been offered.
Quang Yen town will launch tours to visit Ha Nam Island, Bach Dang River, Food Street and Check-in Night Street activities combining teambuilding, sightseeing, cultural learning, folk games and enjoying local cuisine.
Uong Bi City launched two tourism products on Phuong Hoang and Binh Huong mountains with their wild and unique natural landscape of burning grass hills and pine forests.
An art performance program with folk songs, dances and music combined with contemporary art will also be available from May to October 2023 to serve tourists, especially the “The Fairy Ha Long” program, which will take place every Saturday, according to the Department of Culture and Sports of Quang Ninh.
