HCMC – CJ Cau Tre, an export goods processing company, has announced its recall of several exported products due to the presence of an undeclared allergen.
The recalled products include Mini Mandu Prawn Dumplings, Mandu Prawn Dumplings, and Rice Paper Spring Roll Seafood products exported overseas.
This recall follows CJ Nutracon’s recent voluntary recall of Mini Mandu Prawn Dumplings in Australia due to undeclared allergens in the products.
The recalled products were manufactured on the same production line at CJ Cau Tre and were exported to countries such as Australia, Singapore, Germany, New Zealand, and Japan.
Relevant subsidiaries in these countries are taking proactive measures to recall the products to ensure consumer safety. The exact cause is currently under investigation.
“We apologize for any concern and inconvenience this recall may cause to our customers or consumers. We are committed to enhancing our quality control measures,” CJ Cau Tre stated in its press release.
