Sheraton Hanoi Hotel has introduced its Mooncake Collection for the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival, highlighting the quality and flavors that have made it well-known over the past two decades.
The hotel’s mooncakes are handcrafted by its pastry artisans, under the guidance of Pastry Chef Nguyen Thi Hong Ly and Executive Chef Nguyen Cong Chung.
This year, for the full moon festival, Sheraton Hanoi Hotel is offering six baked mooncake flavors, including baked green tea, lotus seed, and dried apricot; baked raspberry and pumpkin seed; baked traditional mixed nuts; baked sesame and cashew nut; baked red bean and salted egg yolk; and baked lotus seed and walnut with salted egg yolk.
