HCMC – The Nguyen Hue Flower Street 2025 concluded on February 2, marking the end of the Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday, with over 1.2 million visitors enjoying its elaborate floral displays.
This year’s exhibition, themed “A Prosperous Nation, Joyous Springtime,” ran from January 27 to February 2, captivating guests with striking snake mascots and intricate floral landscapes.
The zodiac mascot of the year, the Snake, became the centerpiece of the event. The 2025 Nguyen Hue Flower Street showcased three snake mascots—Kim Ty, Ngan Ty, and Nang Ty—brought to life from design sketches and exceeding the expectations of millions.
These mascots became the most celebrated symbols of the festival, earning widespread admiration from locals and tourists.
One of the standout attractions, “Spring Drops from the Earth,” featured an immersive cave-like design, crafted from thousands of woven bamboo panels adorned with over 1,000 vibrant orchids.
Adding to the innovation, the “Flower Robot”—equipped with AI technology—engaged visitors by displaying dynamic images and delivering multilingual Lunar New Year greetings.
The event also attracted significant media attention, with over 1,500 articles and reports from both domestic and international outlets. Additionally, millions of images of Nguyen Hue Flower Street and the beloved mascot Nang Ty flooded social media, generating excitement and positivity.
