Accordingly, JCI experts have recognized FV Hospital as one of the best and safest hospitals in Southeast Asia.

Prestige from professional quality international standards
In Vietnam, only 10 medical facilities have achieved JCI quality certification, of which FV Hospital is a rare hospital that has achieved this certificate four times in a row. “JCI Gold Seal” is the symbol for the highest level of treatment and patient safety standards. To achieve accreditation, hospitals must meet more than 1,200 strict criteria, comprehensively covering aspects ranging from administration, operations, environment, equipment, information security to examination and treatment procedures.
That shows that for a hospital to meet thousands of JCI safety criteria requires a leadership vision as well as consensus, effort, and time of an entire team of hundreds, thousands of people.

Efforts to bring international health care to Vietnam with many financial support policies for patients
FV Hospital was established with the goal of bringing international medical quality closer to patients in Vietnam. For more than 22 years, FV has been working to develop financial assistance programs for patients, to facilitate patients access to international healthcare.
One of those programs is a subsidy policy of up to 20% for patients without health insurance. In addition, FV has also implemented a hospital fee installment program, giving patients financial flexibility when receiving treatment. The program applies to credit card payments issued by more than 30 banks in Vietnam.
Accordingly, when using any service at FV with a credit card payment of VND3 million or more, cardholders are supported by FV to convert into installment payment with a maximum term of 12 months. In particular, when choosing a 3-month installment payment term, cardholders (patients) are exempt from 100% of the installment conversion fee.
From July 1st, 2025, FV Hospital will apply state health insurance coverage for outpatient, emergency and same-day treatment services. And from January 1, 2026, FV officially applies state health insurance payments for all inpatient and outpatient services.
