HCMC – The island city of Phu Quoc in Kien Giang Province will receive 250 tourists from South Korea under the vaccine passport scheme this Saturday, November 20.
The southern province has asked the People’s Committee of Phu Quoc City and the Phu Quoc Department of Tourism to support low-cost carrier Vietjet to receive the Korean tourists in a safe, friendly and prudent manner, ensuring compliance with Covid-19 infection prevention and control measures.
According to Vietjet, Flight VJ 3749 (Incheon – Phu Quoc), carrying 250 Korean tourists, will land at the Phu Quoc International Airport on November 20.
The tourists will participate in a closed tour at the Phu Quoc United Center, following which they will stay at the Vinpearl Resort and Spa Phu Quoc and visit Casino Corona, GrandWorld, VinWonder, Vinpearl Safari, and Vinpearl Golf.
After arriving at the airport, the tourists will receive health examinations and have their body temperatures checked. They will also be required to install the IGOVN and PC COVID apps on their mobile phones, which will be used during their entire trip to Phu Quoc.
They will then be transported directly from the airport to the hotel by car. The Nha Trang-based Marketing Highland Travel Company Limited will support the reception of the tourists.
