The Da River with total length of 910 kilometers is the biggest tributary of the Red River, the most famous river in northern Vietnam. Originating from China’s Yunnan Province, the river goes down south to Vietnam’s northwestern region. Its section in Vietnam stretches 527 kilometers winding around mountains in Son La and Hoa Binh provinces. Everywhere the river passes, it leaves charming landscapes.
Tourists can admire the river’s eye-pleasing scenery by taking a boat trip or riding a motorbike across a path along the river.
