The Anam Cam Ranh, a luxury resort on the south-central coast, has introduced a mango-themed afternoon tea, highlighting one of Khanh Hoa Province’s most prized fruits.

Served daily from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the resort’s Colonial Restaurant, the “Afternoon Tea Mango Symphony” features both sweet and savory dishes infused with the tropical fruit. Guests are offered mango scones with homemade mango jam and clotted cream, along with a selection of teas ranging from Earl Grey and jasmine to locally grown green tea.

Savory items include poached tiger prawns with mango salsa, Iberico Bellota ham with charred mango and mustard dressing on sourdough toast, and salmon croquettes with mango chutney. On the sweet side, the menu features mango sago pudding with coconut panna cotta, pavlova with mango compote, a mango and almond tart, and mango-infused macarons.

The restaurant, known for its modern European and French dishes with Vietnamese influences, provides a setting of open kitchens, a grand piano and a courtyard surrounded by gardens.

The experience, designed for two, is priced at VND460,000.
