The Anam Mui Ne resort has transformed itself into a living art gallery by commissioning 250 original oil paintings from Vietnamese artists.

Opened in January 2023, the beachfront property displays the works in each of its rooms and suites, as well as in the lobby and hallways.

The collection features painter Bui Van Quang, known for capturing everyday life in Vietnam, and Vu Trong Anh, recognized for abstract interpretations of the nation’s scenery.

The initiative reflects a growing trend among hotels in Asia that use art to differentiate guest experiences while providing a platform for local creativity. By integrating original works into its design, The Anam Mui Ne said it aims to connect international travelers with Vietnam’s cultural identity.

In addition to paintings, the resort highlights Cham pottery, such as clay vases and statues. The traditional craft has been recognized by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage in need of urgent safeguarding, underscoring its significance to Vietnam’s cultural legacy.
