HCMC – Angsana and Dhawa Ho Tram announced that Clay Clayton had been appointed as the new general manager as of February 1, 2023.
Clayton brings 30 years of hospitality experience to the group. He commenced his hotel career in food and beverage with Starwood Hotels in Australia, with roles in four luxury hotels in Sydney.
In 2012, Clayton joined Accor Hotels with postings at Sofitel Gold Coast, Sofitel Hanoi, Sofitel Krabi, Pullman Kuala Lumpur, and the opening of Movenpick Phu Quoc. In the last two years, he has been with the wellness-focused brand Fusion Hotels & Resorts and has now accumulated five years of experience in Vietnam.
