Ao dai show honors frontline medical workers

HCMC – The 175 Military Hospital in HCMC will host an ao dai (Vietnam’s traditional long dress) show on February 20 to honor frontline medical workers for their contribution to the city’s fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.

The ao dai collection by fashion designer Minh Hanh reflects the efforts of doctors and nurses in taking care of Covid-19 patients during the pandemic.

The show will feature well-known artists such as Meritorious Artist Thanh Lam, Meritorious Artist Linh Nga, pianist Pho An Mi, saxophonist Quyen Thien Dac, singer Thang Loi and other fashion designers.

After this ao dai show, the organizer will also organize a wedding for 20 couples who are employees of the 175 Military Hospital.

The ao dai collection is designed by fashion designer Minh Hanh

“This will be a special show to honor frontline medical workers during the Covid-19 fight and encourage charitable activities in the society. Humanity should be spread because it is the foundation for the sustainable and strong development of the society,” fashion designer Minh Hanh shared.

The program will take place in the garden of the 175 Military Hospital in Go Vap District and be broadcast live on the VTV9 channel from 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
