The HCMC government on January 3 presented the 2024 HCMC Brand Awards to 29 outstanding businesses, as recognized in Decision No. 6058/QĐ-UBND. These HCMC-based enterprises collectively generated over VND258 trillion in revenue, created employment for more than 93,000 individuals, and contributed nearly VND11 trillion to the State budget in 2024. Focused on “Innovation and Sustainability,” the fifth edition of the annual awards aimed to set a new benchmark for objectivity and professionalism. The organizing committee seeks to elevate the program’s prestige and expand its influence, ultimately strengthening the brands of HCMC and Vietnam on the global stage. The panel of judges consists of renowned economists, digital technology experts, branding consultants, and representatives from the HCMC Department of Industry and Trade, the Saigon Times Group, the Institute for Brand and Competitiveness Strategy, the Vietnam Marketing Association, the HCMC Automation Association, and the HCMC Union of Business Associations.
