Azerai La Residence, Hue City, has unveiled a new cultural and spiritual travel experience, inviting guests to explore the religious and historical heart of Vietnam’s former imperial capital through its “Ancient Capital Pilgrimage Package.”
The two-night package includes a curated half-day tour to several of central Vietnam’s most revered spiritual landmarks. The journey begins at Kim Dai Pagoda, where visitors take part in morning chanting and a quiet tea ceremony with the head monk before drawing fortune-reading sticks for personal guidance.
Guests then visit Khai Dinh Mausoleum, a fusion of Vietnamese and European architectural styles, to light incense and offer prayers. The pilgrimage continues to Hon Chen Temple along the Perfume River, a sacred site known for its blend of royal ritual and folk spirituality.
The tour concludes at the Nam Giao Esplanade, where emperors of the Nguyen dynasty once conducted Heaven and Earth ceremonies. Visitors are invited to light incense and participate in prayers for peace and well-being.
The package includes daily breakfast, a complimentary room upgrade (subject to availability), a daily drink voucher, and a 10% discount for Vietnamese citizens.
