Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi has celebrated Vietnam’s National Day on September 2 with a premium BBQ Buffet Dinner at its Vietnamese restaurant, Spice Garden, offering guests a festive culinary experience.
The dinner, served from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., features five live cooking stations with premium Vietnamese barbecue, fresh seafood, Hanoi specialties and a wide selection of desserts. The dinner is priced at VND1,500,000++ per adult, with complimentary dining for children under six and a 50% discount for those aged six to 11.
Spice Garden, which relaunched in 2023 after an extensive refurbishment, is known for blending traditional Vietnamese flavors with modern presentations. The renovation created a more intimate space with natural light, locally made linens, handcrafted pottery, and new dining ware, reflecting a balance of elegance and authenticity.
The restaurant emphasizes fresh, high-quality seasonal ingredients sourced from top suppliers, along with sustainable and organic produce. Its menu combines subtle spices with refined preparation, underscoring the hotel’s commitment to upscale dining rooted in Vietnamese culinary heritage.
