In Vinh Long Province, the company installed a 2,900-meter clean water pipeline system for Tan Thanh and Tan Luoc communes, enabling 78 households to access clean water. Additionally, a 5,100-meter pipeline was set up to serve the communities in My Thuan and Tan An Thanh communes.
After typhoon Yagi, the people of Bat Xat District in Lao Cai Province faced significant challenges, including a severe disruption to their water supply, particularly at the Phin Ngan Primary School for Ethnic Minority Boarding Students. To help, Binh Minh Plastics set up a clean water system with 3,400 meters of HDPE pipes, providing essential water to 365 students and 30 teachers. In addition, the company donated 365 backpacks to the students to inspire them to excel in their studies. The total value of the initiative was over VND200 million.
In Xuan Quang 1 Commune, a gravity-fed water system spanning over 8,000 meters was constructed, ensuring a reliable water supply for local villages. Further extending its impact, Binh Minh Plastics carried out the “Bringing Water to the Village” project, installing a 3,000-meter HDPE pipeline in Ga Lee village, Ta Bhing Commune, Nam Giang District, Quang Nam Province, bringing safe water to underserved areas.
The firm also supports education and local development by funding important community events. Binh Minh Plastics and SCG organized the Green Mid-Autumn Festival for 1,000 children from the Co Tu and Gie Trieng ethnic groups in Ta Bhing and Ta Poo communes, Nam Giang District, Quang Nam Province. During the festival, 1,000 practical gifts and 70 scholarships were directly presented to the children.
Additionally, it provided all PVC-U pipes and fittings for the “Water Industry Day” competition at the HCMC University of Technology. The company also organized a workshop titled “Water System Safety with the Superior Quality of Binh Minh Plastics” at the HCMC University of Technology and Education.
