Must read

After more than 20 months of work, BM Windows completed the 6,720th panel—the final piece of the entire façade system for the One Bloor West project (before known as The One Toronto). This supertall building, the first in Canada to surpass 300 meters (85 floors), marks a significant pivotal moment, showcasing the capabilities of this Vietnamese façade contractor on a global stage.

The timely and quality delivery of the components demonstrates BM Windows’ strong organizational capabilities, quality control, and high level of commitment in an iconic project not only in Canada but worldwide. A representative of the investor commended, as the manufacturer and sole supplier of the façade system for The One Toronto, BM Windows has excellently fulfilled its mission, affirming its technical expertise and internationally certified production processes.

The investor awarded a quality certificate to the production team

The project, designed by Foster & Partners—one of the world’s leading architectural firms—requires the strictest technical standards in North America. The façade system handled by BM Windows must comply with ASTM International standards, operate reliably under subzero temperatures (as low as -18°C), and withstand wind pressures up to 4.0 kPa at high floors—parameters considered among the highest in the façade engineering industry.

The BM Windows engineering team worked closely with consulting and design partners from Canada throughout the entire process—from developing technical solutions and manufacturing to inspection and export packaging. “As of now, BM Windows’ technology and technical expertise has fully met the most complex project requirements worldwide. We confidently deliver façade solutions that conquer the highest challenges in design, technical standards, and quality in the most demanding markets globally,” said Mr. Trần Văn Tiến, CEO of BM Windows.

Vietnamese brand value on the global construction map

Not only successful in Canada, BM Windows is currently present in numerous large-scale projects worldwide, such as 55 Pitt Street—an iconic green architectural landmark in Sydney’s financial district—and The Grande and 15 Sydney, two premium developments in Australia’s capital, Canberra. Additionally, the CTYD project in the United States and several other international works currently in production further affirm BM Windows’ position as a leading global façade contractor.

In the domestic market, BM Windows serves as the façade contractor for Long Thành International Airport, undertaking the central skylight system, which spans over 11,000 m² and is recognized as the largest glass roof in Vietnam to date. The structure comprises more than 5,400 triangular glass panels featuring 756 distinct profiles. This element stands as one of the most complex and emblematic components of the entire project, with completion anticipated by the end of 2025.

Additionally, a series of prominent projects are commencing, including The Marc 88, Parc Hanoi, K8HH1, Lotus HCM, Lumi Hanoi, and OSI Tower—further enriching the portfolio of over 600 domestic and international projects completed by BM Windows.
