The Chau Duc plant represents BM Windows’ largest investment to date, with a scale three times that of its existing factories. Covering a total area of 100,000 square meters, the facility is designed with an annual capacity of two million square meters and equipped with advanced automation systems and international-standard quality management processes.
Located within the planned development area of the Greater Ho Chi Minh City region (including formerly Ba Ria – Vung Tau), the BM Windows Chau Duc plant is considered part of the industrial ecosystem directly connected to the southern economic hub, providing the company with greater advantages in trade and export activities.
The first phase of the plant is scheduled to begin operations in the second quarter of 2026. Upon completion, together with BM Windows’ existing factories in Binh Duong – which is also now part of the Greater Ho Chi Minh City region – and Hanoi, the new facility will serve as a strategic manufacturing hub, enhancing the company’s competitiveness and enabling deeper penetration into markets such as Australia, North America, and Europe – regions known for their stringent technical and certification standards.

In recent years, BM Windows has been among the few Vietnamese companies to successfully expand into international markets in the façade and aluminum-glass industry.
In North America, the company participated in the One Bloor West (The One) project in Toronto — Canada’s first supertall skyscraper, standing over 300 meters high with 85 floors. BM Windows has also been involved in other projects such as the Marriott Courtyard Hotel and the Turtle Bay Resort in Hawaii.

In Australia, the company has contributed to several large-scale developments, including 55 Pitt Street in Sydney — an office tower meeting international green building standards — as well as The Grande and 15 Sydney Avenue in Canberra. More recently, BM Windows expanded its presence in Asia through the Taipei Twins project, designed by the global architecture firm SOM.

The groundbreaking of the BM Windows Chau Duc plant marks a significant milestone in the development strategy of the business ecosystem founded by Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong, which includes DB, Newtecons, Ricons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, and Boho.
This ecosystem spans the entire value chain of the construction industry — from design and general contracting to façade manufacturing and high-end interior finishing. The operation of the 100,000-square-meter Chau Duc plant is expected to enhance BM Windows’ production capacity while strengthening the competitiveness of Vietnam’s aluminum and glass industry in global markets.
