HCMC – Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (HOSE: C47) plans to put forth a proposal at its annual general meeting in Gia Lai Province on April 4 to offer more than 18.17 million shares to existing shareholders at a ratio of 2:1 and a price of VND10,000 per share.
The share issue is based on the company’s book value of VND12,882 per share and the average market price of VND9,672 over the past 30 trading sessions.
The offering is expected to raise around VND181 billion, with VND100 billion allocated to increase capital in its subsidiary, C47 Energy Investment and Development Co., Ltd., and the remainder to supplement working capital.
The issue is scheduled for implementation in the second and third quarters of 2026. If completed, C47’s charter capital would rise to VND545 billion.
Closing the trading session today, March 19, C47 shares fell 270 points, or 2.71%, to VND9,710, with over 410,700 shares traded, valuing the company at around VND352.88 billion.
The VN-Index dropped 14.7 points, or 0.86%, to close at 1,699.13 points, with 95 gainers and 229 decliners. Total trading volume reached 881.1 million shares worth VND25.43 trillion, down slightly in both volume and value compared to the previous session. Block deals accounted for 61.7 million shares valued at VND1.57 trillion.
The VN30-Index lost more than 14 points, with 22 decliners and seven gainers. DGC hit its floor price, with sell orders of over 22.8 million shares. Other notable losers included PLX, down 5.1%, GVR, down 4.6%, and GAS, down 3.9%.
Among mid-cap and small-cap stocks, PET rebounded after a slight morning correction, closing at its ceiling price for the second consecutive session at VND45,750, with trading volume exceeding 2.1 million shares and buy orders at the ceiling price of over 300,000 shares.
On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index fell 2.05 points, or 0.83%, to 245.73, with 48 gainers and 104 decliners. Trading volume reached 84.2 million shares worth VND1.55 trillion, including 11.8 million shares worth VND135.6 billion in block deals.
