The Saigon Times

Must read

Perched on the 39th floor of Hilton Saigon, Residence Eleven is redefining Cantonese cuisine with a modern, elevated approach, blending traditional flavors with contemporary presentation and refined interiors.

Named among the Top 10 Best City Hotels in Vietnam by DestinAsian and Travel + Leisure, and listed in Tatler’s Top 100 Restaurants in Vietnam, Residence Eleven has become a premier culinary destination in the city’s thriving dining scene.

Under the direction of Chef Gary, who draws inspiration from his Hong Kong childhood, the restaurant’s menu features dishes that connect deeply rooted tradition with modern creativity. Signature items include double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw and Tonkin flowers, and baked crab claws served in a delicate beehive mushroom sauce—highlighting both nostalgic flavors and technical finesse.

For weekday lunch (Monday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), diners can choose between two offerings: a Dim Sum Set (VND550,000++ for five courses or VND650,000++ for six courses) and a curated lunch menu (VND550,000++ for three courses or VND650,000++ for four courses).

On weekends, the restaurant presents its Dim Sum Brunch (Saturday and Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) priced at VND880,000++ per person, which includes traditional tea and a variety of handcrafted dim sum and Cantonese specialties.
