For more than 12 years, Care For Vietnam (CFVN) has made its mark with proactive health products and a growing ecosystem of nutrition sourced from New Zealand. Alongside its business strategy, the company has consistently carried out meaningful corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, which reflect its guiding principle of “serving society” – one of four core values that have shaped CFVN’s growth-through programs spanning nutrition, healthcare awareness, blood donation, and community support across the country.

Third year of “Nutrition for Children”

Launched in late 2023, CFVN’s flagship project “Chăm em đủ chất” (Nutrition for Children) is part of a five-year plan (2023-2027) under the Vietnam Red Cross program “Nutrition for Poor and Disabled Children.” This initiative provides nutritious school meals and nutrition education for disadvantaged children.

So far, the project has reached 14 provinces, delivering more than 90,000 nutritious meals valued at nearly VND953 million. Beyond the numbers, measurable improvements in children’s physical development demonstrate the project’s effectiveness.

“The program not only improves children’s nutrition and supports sustainable physical and mental growth, but also fosters healthy habits and awareness of health from an early age. We highly value CFVN’s partnership and believe this cooperation will continue to bring positive change for the community,” said Luong Thi Hong Thuy, head of External Relations and Development at the Vietnam Red Cross.

This year, CFVN has also joined the Red Cross campaign “One Million Compassionate Steps” with more than 320,000 kilometers walked by employees and business partners — equivalent to a contribution of VND320 million. In May, the company was honored at the national launch of Humanitarian Month 2025 for its continued commitment.

Emergency support of VND450 million for flood-affected communities and spreading the spirit of blood donation

On the afternoon of October 9, in Hanoi, representatives of Care For Vietnam and its business partners visited the Central Office of the Vietnam Red Cross Society to present a symbolic donation of VND450 million in emergency relief for residents in Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, and Cao Bang provinces which have been severely affected by Typhoon No. 11.

Through the Vietnam Red Cross Society, each province will receive VND150 million to support post-disaster recovery efforts and help local communities quickly stabilize their lives.

CFVN also promotes humanitarian values through blood donation drives. This year, the company worked with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion in Hanoi and Cho Ray Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City to host blood donation events under the theme “Share to Care – Give a Drop of Life.” With enthusiastic participation of employees and business partners, 153 units of blood had been collected, helping secure emergency and treatment supplies. The program reflects how CFVN’s spirit of service has been embraced not only in corporate strategy but also in the daily actions of its people.

Supporting SOS Children’s Villages

CFVN has also extended care to children living in SOS Children’s Villages. At the end of 2024, CFVN and its partners contributed VND71 million to support the daily needs, schooling, and healthcare of disadvantaged children in 17 provinces.

In 2025, the company has deepened its engagement with training sessions at SOS Children’s Village in Danang. Nutrition specialists shared knowledge on scientific diets, meal preparation, and mental wellness for caregivers who are known as “mothers” and “sisters” in the villages. In appreciation of their work, CFVN presented Colos IgGold nutritional products as a gesture of gratitude for their dedication to raising future generations.

Health education for female workers

Another major initiative in 2025 was a series of workshops organized in partnership with the Health Education and Communication Center (T5G) under the Ministry of Health. Nearly 600 female workers from industrial parks in Hanoi, Haiphong, and Bac Ninh attended the “Proactive Healthcare” sessions.

The workshops addressed topics such as maintaining long-term health, balanced nutrition, and reproductive health. Information was delivered through practical and engaging formats, ensuring accessibility for participants.

“Since 2023, CFVN has joined T5G in many initiatives nationwide. Our participation this year is part of broader efforts to promote proactive healthcare among female workers—who play a crucial role not only in production but also in sustaining families, a vital pillar of society,” said Vu Hai Duong, deputy general director of CFVN.

One participant expressed her appreciation: “This program is truly meaningful. I hope more initiatives like this will be held so that female workers in industrial zones can take better care of our own health.” Her words highlight how these workshops resonate on a personal level and encourage CFVN to expand such programs in the future.

Serving society as a corporate identity

From supporting schoolchildren with nutritious meals to inspiring employees to donate blood and empowering caregivers and workers with practical knowledge, CFVN’s CSR portfolio demonstrates a consistent philosophy: health is a proactive choice.

Each project and program embodies the company’s mission to build a healthier, more resilient Vietnamese community. By embedding “serving society” into its identity, CFVN not only strengthens its brand but also nurtures a culture of compassion and responsibility that will continue to shape its journey in the years ahead.
