Calorie-burning exercises at home

You can burn calories by doing some exercises at home without having to do so at a gym, according to Suc khoe & Doi song news site. Jumping jack is a physical jumping exercise that can help warm the body and burn calories. This cardio workout is good for the heart, lungs, and gluteal, leg, abdominal and shoulder muscles.
