Swift action on ESG needed

An overarching message from the ESG Forum 2024 held in HCMC last week was clear: ESG is no longer an option for businesses. It is time to embrace ESG as a strategic imperative for long-term success. The ESG Forum, themed “From Ideas to Action,” highlighted the critical role of ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) in building a future that is green and sustainable. Approximately 200 experts and business executives sat down together at the forum to discuss actionable insights and practical tools for implementing ESG, and drive lasting impact on both business operations and society. The event was co-organized by The Saigon Times, an English online newspaper published by the Saigon Times Group, in collaboration with the EuroCham Green Growth Sector Committee (GGSC) and the ESG & Sustainable Business Transition Alliance.
