Since the first cycling trip abroad in 2007, over the past 15 years, Le Van Manh has cycled through Southeast Asian nations. Having had to support his family, Le Van Manh set aside his passion for cycling from an early age. When he reached 45, he began cycling with a passion that was bigger than ever. Manh, who is now 65 years old, says he has good knowledge about the geography, history and cultures of the Southeast Asian region. This is why he loves discovering more about the region regardless of his age. It is hard for anyone to travel to all localities in Vietnam in one’s lifetime, so take time to travel overseas when there is a chance before visiting as many destinations at home as one could, he says.
