Companies are seeking effective strategies to mitigate the impact of these barriers. A wave of tariff policy changes across the Atlantic – including higher import duties, adjustments to tariff rates in specific sectors, and reciprocal tariffs on goods from other markets – has sparked concerns among Vietnamese businesses, industry support organizations, and government agencies. Many are expressing growing unease and caution over the potential economic pressures these changes could place on Vietnam.
