CMC Corporation to develop VND2-trillion research complex in Hanoi

HCMC – The Management Board of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park on April 12 approved the CMC Creative Space research and innovation complex in Hanoi.

This is the second research complex to be developed by CMC Corporation, one of the largest technology companies in Vietnam, after the CMC Creative Space Tan Thuan in District 7, HCMC.

The CMC Creative Space Hoa Lac research and innovation complex covers 3.88 hectares in Hanoi and requires a total of over VND2 trillion.

The complex is expected to be put into operation in the first quarter of 2026, offering products and services in high-tech fields such as AI, ML, big data, IoT, cyber security, and platforms for digital government, digital economy, digital society, digital infrastructure, and cloud computing services.

CMC Corporation put into operation the CMC Creative Space Tan Thuan in August 2022, with a stable telecommunications infrastructure and the most modern and secure data center in Vietnam.

CMC’s Tan Thuan Data Center has a floor area of ​​12,000 square meters and a space of 3,000 square meters for IT equipment.

CMC Corporation plans to develop CMC Creative Space Danang at an estimated cost of VND12 trillion. When completed, the project will offer jobs for some 2,000 workers in the first phase and 10,000 workers in the second phase.
