HCMC – Coteccons Construction JSC (HOSE: CTD) is seeking shareholder approval for a public bond issue worth up to VND1.4 trillion in 2025, alongside plans to list the bonds on the local exchange.

The proposed bond sale, part of Coteccons’ 2025 capital mobilization plan, is subject to shareholder approval, which will be sought via a ballot from July 17 to 28. The company will finalize the list of eligible shareholders on July 11.
