HCMC – Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CTD) has approved a 10% cash dividend for 2025 and a plan to issue over five million bonus shares to existing shareholders.

Under the board’s resolution, shareholders holding one CTD share will receive VND1 trillion in cash. With more than 101.4 million shares outstanding, Coteccons is expected to spend around VND101.4 billion on the payment, sourced from its undistributed after-tax profit.

The record date for the dividend is set for December 2, with payment slated for December 22.

In addition, Coteccons’ board signed off on a plan to increase charter capital through a bonus share issuance. The company aims to issue nearly 5.1 million shares at a 20:1 ratio, meaning shareholders will receive one right for each share held, and every 20 rights will be converted into one new share. The issuance will proceed once the company receives confirmation from the State Securities Commission.
