HCMC – The HCMC Branch of CTBC Bank organized a corporate social responsibility (CSR) and charity program on December 13, 2025, at Cay Cam Church in Phu Giao Commune, Ho Chi Minh City. Phu Giao was a district of former Binh Duong Province.

This year, CTBC Bank proudly celebrates its 30th Anniversary in Vietnam. Commemorating this milestone, the bank simultaneously inaugurated two new representative offices in Hai Phong and HCMC, while demonstrating its commitment to corporate social responsibility through a significant community project.

The bank announced an overall investment of VND263 million to sponsor a modern library and a clean water facility for the Cay Cam Church. Recognizing the pivotal role of education and health, CTBC Bank completely outfitted the new library. The donation included essential resources such as tables, chairs, shelving units, televisions, computer stations, and a large collection of books, establishing a vital learning hub for local children and community members.

Equally critical was the installation of a state-of-the-art clean water purification system for the church and surrounding neighbors. This contribution provides a reliable, sustainable, and safe source of drinking water, directly safeguarding public health in the area.

The event was part of CTBC Bank’s HCMC Branch’s annual CSR initiative. Last year, the bank handed over a library and a water filtration system to Binh Son Church in Thuan An Ward, HCMC. Thuan An was part of former Binh Duong Province. In addition, the bank also organized various recreational activities and provided essential supplies such as milk, medicine, and food for approximately 200 children in the community, as well as partially subsidized tuition fees for some underprivileged children.

The bank has dedicated teams that serve clients in Taiwan, Vietnam, and China. It has established a solid base for local trade and offers multinational corporations cross-border financial services.
