HCMC – Development Investment Construction JSC, or DIC Corp (HOSE: DIG), is planning to issue 150 million shares to existing shareholders at a rate of 24.596%.

The proposal will be presented at the company’s annual general meeting, scheduled for April 18.

Under the plan, the shares will be offered at VND12,000 each, aiming to raise VND1.8 trillion. The issuance is expected to take place in the third and fourth quarters of 2025.

According to the company, the proceeds from the share sale will be used for three key purposes.

A sum of VND600 billion will be allocated to repay the DIG12301 bond lot. Another VND600 billion will be invested in the third phase of the Cap Saint Jacques Complex project. The remaining VND600 billion will go toward funding the Vi Thanh Commercial Residential Area project.
