HCMC – Dear Our Community (DOC) has announced to launch the second season of its Sustainability Incubator with Youth program, which is aimed at equipping young Vietnamese professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary for careers in sustainable development.
The Sustainability Incubator follows a Learn-Reflect-Apply model, providing participants with a comprehensive learning experience focused on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues.
Expert-led sessions will feature representatives from leading domestic and international companies. Over the course of three months, participants will engage in hands-on learning through business case studies.
This practical approach allows them to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges, preparing them for impactful roles in the sustainability sphere and facilitating connections with potential employers.
According to DOC, the program not only enhances participants’ skills but also builds a strong network within the sustainability industry, empowering young Vietnamese to lead positive change across various sectors.
Vo Ngoc Tuyen, founder and CEO of DOC, said the sustainability incubator aims to empower Vietnamese youth to become catalysts for sustainable practices and innovation.
