Known as one of the pioneering developers of eco-oriented industrial parks in southern Vietnam, Prodezi Long An JSC has gone beyond its business mission to become a company deeply rooted in community values. With the spirit of “Growing with the locality – Thriving with the community,” the company has consistently turned its commitment to social responsibility into practical actions that enhance the living conditions and well-being of local residents.
Fostering education and community connection
In Luong Hoa Commune, Prodezi Long An awarded 18 scholarships to students from Luong Hoa Secondary and High School who have overcome hardships, while also contributing to the school’s scholarship fund for disadvantaged learners. Each scholarship represented more than financial aid — it was a source of encouragement for young people to pursue knowledge and aspire to a better future for Tay Ninh Province.
In 2025, Prodezi also joined hands with local authorities in Tam Vu Commune to organize the “Mid-Autumn of Love” program, bringing gifts to children in difficult circumstances and scholarships to newly admitted university students from low-income families. The event spread joy and warmth to many local households, continuing the company’s long-term initiative of nurturing education and empowering the next generation.
Contributing to infrastructure and housing development
Beyond educational and social initiatives, Prodezi Long An has actively invested in public infrastructure projects that offer lasting benefits for the community. A notable example is the public road and drainage system connecting across the Thanh Coi and Quan Khu canals in Luong Hoa Commune — two key irrigation channels supporting local agriculture and aquaculture.

The new infrastructure not only makes transportation easier but also improves water regulation during dry seasons and tidal periods, helping farmers enhance productivity and secure livelihoods.
At the same time, the company has launched a social housing project comprising 400 units, designed to accommodate more than 1,200 workers and specialists. This initiative aligns with the provincial government’s housing development strategy and addresses one of the most pressing needs in industrial zones — providing stable, affordable living spaces for the labor force. The project reinforces Prodezi’s belief that sustainable industry starts with the well-being of its people.
CSR as a cornerstone of sustainable strategy
For Prodezi Long An, community engagement is not an isolated effort but an integral part of its long-term Environment, Society, and Governance (ESG) strategy. The company’s Prodezi Industrial Park has been master-planned as an Eco-Industrial Park (EIP) — prioritizing renewable energy, wastewater recycling, and dedicating over 25% of its area to green spaces and waterways.
Meanwhile, the adjacent LA Home Urban Area is being developed to offer a green and connected living environment, where residents can enjoy a balance between nature, community, and modern convenience.
“For Prodezi, sustainable development is not just about building eco-industrial parks or green urban areas,” said Mr. Truong Khac Nguyen Minh, deputy general director of Prodezi Long An JSC.
“It’s a continuous journey that connects economic growth with social progress and human well-being. CSR is a vital component of our ESG strategy, through which we nurture local talent, promote education, enhance social welfare, and protect the environment. Every project we develop is meant to generate not only economic value but also meaningful contributions to the communities around us,” he said.
Following this philosophy, Prodezi Long An plans to embed CSR throughout its development ecosystem — from infrastructure investment and vocational training to employee support, environmental initiatives, and community education programs.
This integrated approach reflects a broader vision: to create a model eco-industrial zone where economic growth goes hand in hand with social responsibility and environmental stewardship. The company hopes this model will serve as a blueprint for sustainable industrial development in Long An and across southern Vietnam.
By focusing on both the “hardware” of sustainable infrastructure and the “software” of community empowerment, Prodezi is helping redefine what it means to be a modern industrial developer — one that values people, planet, and prosperity equally.
