HCMC – Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) has been requested to provide information and documents about 32 wind and solar power projects across the country for investigative purposes.
Among these, documents on four wind power projects in Gia Lai Province are to be submitted, namely Hung Hai, Cuu An, Ia Le 1, and Ia Bang 1.
The documents requested are records of contract negotiations and electricity sales agreements, inspection and acceptance reports, certification of commercial operation dates, periodic and ad-hoc inspections of energy measurement systems, and verification of the actual installed capacity at the power plants.
This move is part of the investigation into the case of abuse of power or authority while performing official duties occurring at the Ministry of Industry and Trade and several provinces and cities.
