Mad Cow Saigon is set to welcome Michelin-starred Chef Charles Coulombeau for an exclusive pop-up event from September 26-28.
Chef Charles Coulombeau has rapidly ascended the culinary world’s ranks. His restaurant, La Maison dans le Parc, earned a coveted Michelin star just eight months after opening.
For this exclusive event, Chef Coulombeau has crafted a menu that aligns with Mad Cow Saigon’s bold identity. Diners will be served dishes that showcase his French techniques and Asian influences, with a special focus on premium Wagyu beef.
“This collaboration is a meeting of minds,” said Benjamin Castel, general manager of Pullman Saigon Centre. “Chef Coulombeau’s Michelin-starred expertise, combined with our passion for prime cuts, creates a dining experience that is truly one-of-a-kind.”
Diners can choose between a 3-course menu priced at VND1,600,000++ per person, or VND2,600,000++ per person with curated wine pairings. A 5-course menu is available for VND2,200,000++ per person, or VND3,500,000++ per person with curated wine pairings.
