Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, the historic 124-year-old luxury hotel in Vietnam’s capital, is set to welcome renowned Belgian chef Viki Geunes of the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Zilte for an exclusive dining event in April.
Chef Geunes, a self-taught culinary master, is celebrated for his meticulous technique and bold, experimental approach to flavors. In 2021, he earned his third Michelin star, with the Guide describing him as a chef who “delicately plays with each texture and flavor, conjuring up food that is complex and gutsy, yet free of fussy frills.”
At Le Beaulieu, Metropole’s signature French restaurant, Chef Geunes will collaborate with Chef de Cuisine Charles Degrendele of Marseille, France. Together, the two chefs will present an exclusive six-course menu featuring sophisticated compositions, daring flavor combinations, and masterful textural contrasts.
The dinners will take place on April 4 and 5, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., priced at VND7,000,000++ per person, with an optional VND2,900,000++ wine pairing add-on.
