HCMC – A local man and his son in the central province of Phu Yen died yesterday, May 4, after a wall of a house they were repairing collapsed on them.
Yesterday afternoon, the 58-year-old man and his 35-year-old son, along with three others, were assisting their relative in Hoa Hiep Trung Ward, Dong Hoa Town, with demolishing the house to build a new one. While they were working on the house, the biggest wall collapsed and crushed the man and his son.
They were immediately taken to a local hospital for emergency treatment, but died due to severe injuries.
