Fusion Original Saigon Centre has announced its 2025 year-end festive season program, introducing “Holidays in Polygons,” a concept inspired by geometric forms and creative exploration that transforms the hotel into a vibrant celebration space in the heart of the city.
According to the hotel, the festive theme uses shapes, angles and bold colors as a visual and experiential narrative, reflecting both contemporary design and the dynamic energy of downtown Saigon. The celebrations culminate on December 31 with a combination of curated dining and late-night entertainment.
At Miss Thu Restaurant, guests can mark the final evening of the year with a specially designed New Year’s Eve dinner. The set menu is crafted under the direction of the hotel’s newly appointed culinary lead, who brings a renewed approach that blends modern cooking techniques with contemporary interpretations of Vietnamese flavors.
The celebrations continue with the Midnight Magic Countdown Party, starting at 9 p.m. The event features curated canapés designed for social gatherings, alongside live DJ performances, immersive lighting and visual effects that bring the “Holidays in Polygons” concept to life. As midnight approaches, guests are offered panoramic views of the city skyline, with fireworks marking the arrival of the new year.
Located at 65 Le Loi Street, Fusion Original Saigon Centre said the festive program aims to create moments of connection, creativity and celebration, offering guests a choice between refined dining and a high-energy countdown experience to welcome 2025.
