HCMC – A fire erupted early this morning at a house tucked away in an alley on Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, District 10, HCMC, claiming four lives.
The blaze was first detected at 3:40 a.m. on February 17, swiftly engulfing the house and extending to neighbouring properties.
Initial reports from authorities indicate that the victims of the fire, two women and two men aged between 38 and 47, were residents of the house where the fire originated. Three other occupants managed to escape unharmed.
Upon receiving word of the incident, firefighters and rescue teams promptly rushed to the scene. After more than 30 minutes of intensive efforts, the fire was brought under control and extinguished.
Assessment of the property damage caused by the fire is currently underway, as authorities continue their investigation into the tragic incident.
