FPT to advance 10% cash dividend for first 2025 payment

HCMC – FPT Corporation (HOSE: FPT) will close the shareholder list on December 2 to advance the first 2025 cash dividend at 10%, meaning shareholders will receive VND1,000 for each share held.

With more than 1.7 billion shares outstanding, FPT is set to spend over VND1.7 trillion on the dividend payment. The ex-dividend date is December 1, while payment is scheduled for December 12.

In the first nine months of 2025, FPT posted revenue of VND49.89 trillion and pre-tax profit of VND9.54 trillion, up 10.3% and 17.6% year-on-year, respectively.

Closing the trading session today, November 20, FPT shares closed at VND99,000, up 1.02%, with over 4.59 million shares changing hands, bringing the company’s market capitalization to VND168.6 trillion.

The VN-Index edged up 6.99 points, or 0.42%, to 1,655.99, with 120 gainers and 179 decliners. Market liquidity totaled over 681 million shares worth VND19.67 trillion, down more than 19% in both volume and value versus yesterday. Block transactions contributed 88.6 million shares worth VND2.9 trillion.

The VN30 basket saw 12 advancers and 13 decliners, but the VN30-Index still added over 11 points thanks to strong support from VIC. VIC surged 3.4% to VND228,000, contributing nearly seven points to the main index.

Among mid-cap and small-cap stocks, AAA and APH stood out, both rising around 6%. AAA saw a liquidity spike to 11.7 million shares, while APH gained 5.8% with 1.15 million shares traded.

Bank stocks moved mixed with mild corrections, though highly traded tickers ended higher. SHB led the market by liquidity with 83.4 million shares traded, finishing up 1.2%.

Securities stocks edged down slightly. VIX, despite dropping 1.8% to VND24,550, was among the market’s most actively traded stocks with 37.9 million shares matched, second only to SHS.

Steel stocks closed in the red. HPG slid 1.3% with over 23 million shares traded, while HSG lost 1.2% and NKG fell 2.3%.

On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed down 0.8 point, or 0.3%, at 264.23. There were 72 advancers and 88 decliners, with total volume reaching 55.9 million shares valued at VND1.16 trillion. Block deals accounted for 7.9 million shares worth VND151.4 billion.
