HCMC – The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (CCIFV) kicked off the business season today, September 26, with its “Cocktail de Rentrée” event in HCMC.
Held in District 1, the event attracted about 350 attendees, including French businesses and Vietnamese and international partners. This followed a similar event in Hanoi on September 20 with 200 guests.
“The Cocktail de Rentrée is a pivotal event, marking the beginning of a dynamic new business season,” said CCIFV Chairman Thibaut Giroux. “It provides an excellent platform for the French-Vietnamese business community to meet, share insights, and forge new partnerships.”
Attendees enjoyed canapés, drinks, and live music by a Vietnamese-French band. They also indulged in culinary experiences featuring renowned French chefs.
Emmanuelle Pavillon-Grosser, French consul general in HCMC, and Adam Koulaksezian, CCIFV executive director, were among the participants.
The CCIFV, established in 1989, aims to foster economic relations between France and Vietnam. The chamber offers consulting and support services to French businesses expanding into Vietnam and Vietnamese companies seeking to export to France.
