Fuel prices tick upward

HCMC – The ministries of Industry-Trade and Finance have increased the retail prices of fuels nationwide, effective 3 p.m. today, January 2.

RON 95-III gasoline climbed by VND199 to VND20,746 per liter. E5 RON92 bio-fuel rose by VND240 to VND20,057 per liter.

Diesel oil saw a modest increase of VND125, reaching VND18,755 per liter. Kerosene climbed by VND126 per liter, now priced at VND18,834 per liter.

Heavy fuel oil edged up by VND129 to VND16,099 per kilogram.

The ministries did not impose any surcharge on gasoline and other fuels.
