HCMC – Domestic gasoline prices inched up by some VND400 per liter today, April 17, while diesel oil fell by VND170, according to local media.
RON 95-III gasoline now sells for VND25,230 per liter, up by VND410, while E5 RON 92 bio-gasoline is priced at VND24,230 per liter, up by VND380.
With the adjustment, gasoline prices have hit a six-month high.
Diesel oil costs VND21,440 per liter, falling by VND170, and kerosene is down by VND180 per liter at VND21,410.
Heavy fuel oil costs VND17,200 per kilogram, up by VND200.
During this adjustment period, the ministries of Industry-Trade and Finance chose to impose no surcharge on petroleum products. Local fuel traders are not permitted to tap the fuel price stabilization fund.
