HCMC – Hoan Kiem District has opened a book street in 19/12 Street as part of the Lunar New Year celebration. The book street will be operational from February 5 to 14, offering a cultural attraction for local residents and tourists during the festive season.
The book street launch marks the beginning of a series of activities planned by the city in 2024 to promote reading culture.
The book street will remain open from the 26th of the final lunar month to the 5th of the first lunar month. This is the 9th time Hanoi City has held the book street, and the 7th time it has been organized on 19/12 Street.
On its inaugural day, the book street drew visitors of all ages, including local residents and foreign tourists.
