Originating from the “Enhancing Lives” aspiration throughout 17 years of operation in Vietnam, Hanwha Life has persistently spread positive values to the community through many meaningful initiatives. Through three CSR spearheads including Promoting education; Caring for community health, and Protecting children, the company continues to make its mark in 2025 with practical activities that reaffirm its commitment to accompanying Vietnamese people on the journey toward a sustainable future.
Empowering dreams to fly high
At Hanwha Life Vietnam, community support is not merely a responsibility but a cherished cultural value that the company has actively upheld for the past 17 years. One of the company’s standout initiatives, embodying the spirit of empowerment, nurturing dreams, and providing opportunities for those in need, is the “Providing protection, fulfill the trustworthy” program, which has been actively and continuously implemented since 2024.
In 2025, as of October, the program has donated over VND450 million to support nearly 600 disadvantaged people across 10 provinces and cities, including Phu Tho, Haiphong, Ninh Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, and Can Tho.
In each locality, Hanwha Life Vietnam closely collaborates with local authorities, departments, and organizations to develop CSR programs tailored to each area’s real needs. Notably, thanks to its extensive and dedicated sales network, which is deeply connected with local communities, the company can gain profound insights into local circumstances, allowing it to implement timely and practical support initiatives.
Meaningful gifts such as scholarships, bicycles, school supplies, and health insurance cards not only help improve livelihoods but also serve as spiritual encouragement for many students, women, families, people with disabilities, etc., inspiring them to continue studying and working toward a better future.
In addition, Hanwha Life Vietnam places strong emphasis on promoting education and developing young talent through the flagship “Future Plus” project, which focuses on nurturing Fintech talent, a field that is becoming a global trend.
As part of the project, Hanwha Life has conducted numerous activities at universities such as the Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH). The project offers students access to financial, insurance, and Fintech knowledge; specialized training sessions with financial experts from Korea and Vietnam; cultural and professional exchanges in Korea; internship opportunities at Hanwha Life Vietnam, etc. Afterward, participating students continue to share financial and insurance knowledge back to the community. These efforts help students broaden their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and prepare to become high-quality human resources for the Fintech industry in the future.
Spreading love, receiving smiles
Alongside its long-term CSR projects, Hanwha Life Vietnam also actively carries out CSR activities during holidays and festive occasions to promptly support the community. Among them, the Mid-Autumn Festival has always been a special time when Hanwha Life Vietnam devotes great effort to sharing love and care with children.
This year, Hanwha Life Vietnam organized a meaningful charity fundraising fair where employees voluntarily contributed their gifts and participated in fundraising efforts to create a fair filled with love. In addition, the company’s Labor Union also joined hands by contributing extra funds to further expand the program’s impact.
As a result, Hanwha Life Vietnam successfully raised VND200 million, which was donated to the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Children’s Rights and Saigonchildren to implement many Mid-Autumn programs supporting hundreds of disadvantaged children and pediatric patients across various provinces in Vietnam.
Small gifts and big hearts came together to bring a Mid-Autumn Festival full of love where every child’s smile became the most precious gift Hanwha Life Vietnam received.

Alongside its meaningful CSR activities, Hanwha Life Vietnam also continuously invests in people development as a core element in its sustainable growth journey.
For instance, the “Early Talent Program” with the key message “Intern early – Grow brightly” offers students an enriching four-month journey at Hanwha Life Vietnam, rotating through various departments, receiving attractive benefits, and expanding career opportunities even while still in university.

Through its continuous contributions to the community, in 2025, Hanwha Life Vietnam was once again honored by The Saigon Times as the “Enterprise with significant contributions to the community,” marking the fifth consecutive year (2021-2025) the company has received this recognition.
Additionally, the company has achieved numerous other prestigious awards, including “Top 10 prestigious life insurance companies” for 9 consecutive years (2017-2025), “Top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam” for 5 consecutive years (2020-2024), and “Top 500 most profitable companies in Vietnam” for 6 consecutive years (2020-2025), as announced by Vietnam Report. It was also recognized for having the “Best financial protection insurance award of the year 2025” by Finance & Investment Newspaper and named among the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” for 4 consecutive years (2022-2025) by HR Asia.
In the coming time, Hanwha Life Vietnam will continue to innovate to remain a trusted companion for customers and communities, striving toward the goal of becoming “The most trusted life insurance company” in Vietnam.
