HCMC Beltway 3 section faces slow progress as deadline approaches

A 15-kilometer section of Beltway 3 in HCMC, passing through Binh Loi, Vinh Loc and Tan Vinh Loc communes, is progressing slowly despite early site clearance, as the revised completion deadline of June 30, 2026 draws near.
